Lindsay Hubbard Shares What She’s ‘Terrified’ About as a Girl Mom to Gemma

Lindsay Hubbard has a lot going on at the moment.

“Girl, we’re busy,” Hubbard, 39, told Us Weekly exclusively while promoting her partnership with Schwarzkopf. “We are really busy these days.”

With two reality shows — Summer House and In the City — and her newfound role as a mom to 16-month old daughter Gemma, Hubbard has found it difficult to lean into the self-care portion of her life.

“Since becoming a mom, I thought I was busy beforehand, but it’s just a whole different level of juggling everything,” Hubbard explained. “It’s a constant balancing act. Gemma is so active right now, filming two shows and, obviously, trying to just work around the clock and be the best provider.”

This is where her new routine comes in handy — a way for Hubbard to “keep as much control as possible” in her life.

“I don’t really have a lot of time to get to the hair salon as much as I used to,” she explained. “So the Schwarzkopf Keratin Color and all of their at-home products are really beneficial for working moms.”

Hubbard uses the eight new KERATÎME care and styling products, formulated with Multiplex Bonding Technology. They fit seamlessly into the reality star’s everyday routine, delivering professional-quality color, care and styling results. Using these products has allowed Hubbard to turn her at-home hair routine into a moment of self-care.

Hubbard’s goal was to “keep the blonde thriving in the middle of chaos” — and between Summer House and In the City, there’s a lot of that to go around.

Keep scrolling for more from Hubbard’s interview with Us:

You weren’t in The Hamptons every weekend during Summer House season 10. Did you miss it at all?

It’s always an adjustment in your first year of becoming a parent. You’re still shedding the postpartum hormones and trying to figure out what your cadence is as a new mom. On the weekends I didn’t have Gemma, it was either like, OK, I can either sit at home and be depressed that I’m not with my baby or I can go distract myself and be with my friends in The Hamptons. Going to The Hamptons was a great distraction. I definitely did miss it. I missed being in the know, but everyone always caught me up when I saw them.

Do you feel like the cast comes to you for advice because you’re a mom now?

I think people trust me more that I’m a mom. I also just think, in general, you guys have seen me grow up on TV. I’ve been on Summer House for 10 years. My entire 30s has been spent growing up in front of your eyes and going on every possible journey that you can go on. I wasn’t giving advice as a mom, but you have a new lens. You have more of a protective vibe to you. My experience as a mom, I think, has given me a better lens on how to properly help my castmates.

Lindsay Hubbard Teases ‘Summer House’ Reunion, Jokes Cast Needed Support

Who did you support the most during season 10?

It’s intimidating. It’s a lot, and we’re throwing parties and we’re cleaning up, and we’re all very comfortable around each other. For any new girl, they need support. I really tried to give the girls as much support as possible.

What can Bravo fans expect from In the City?

In the City is following our group of friends, but really focusing on our day-to- day lives. That next chapter. We have people who are married, people who are getting separated, people who are single moms and people trying to figure out if they should have babies — if the timing’s right for them and their partner. It’s real life, adult decisions. These are, like, some of the biggest decisions we have to make in life as adults. I really am excited for the world to be able to experience this niche group. I think it’s what has been missing on television. We’re in that next chapter. We’re making real big life adult decisions together, and we’re trying to navigate it and figure it out. Sometimes it gets a little messy, and you lean on your friends.

Do you think that you and your castmates — whether it be on Summer House or In the City — have the ability to survive anything and come out on the other side?

I think we’ve seen a lot of different situations play out across a lot of different shows and casts on Bravo. It’s always hard to see the other side in the moment, but I have faith that whatever anyone might be going through at any given time, we lean on each other and we can get through it.

We haven’t seen Gemma on Summer House, but will she make an appearance on In the City?

She is such a star.

Since we’re talking about your haircare routine, have you started thinking about how you’re going to discuss beauty standards with Gemma?

I’m actually terrified, I am getting my makeup done at home and we have now started pulling out brushes. My makeup artist will give Gemma a brush, and Gemma will start fake putting blush on me. She has a little tiny wooden, fake blow dryer. I’m like, ‘Oh no, we’re in trouble. We’re in big trouble.’ It’s interesting, Gemma is a girly girl, but she’s also such an athlete tom boy. She’s very strong, so we’ll see which direction she goes. I’m sure she’ll do it all. I gave birth to my twin.

In the City premieres on Bravo Tuesday, May 19 at 9:00 p.m.

Jonathan Andic was arrested as the investigation into the death of his father, Isak Andic — the cofounder of Spanish fashion brand Mango — continues.

Multiple outlets confirmed on Tuesday, May 19, that Jonathan, 45, had been taken into custody by the Catalonia Police (Mossos d’Esquadra) as a suspect. Details regarding his charges have yet to be confirmed.

“Jonathan is currently giving a statement as part of the investigation into the accident of December 14, 2024,” the family’s spokesperson told Spanish outlets. “At this time, we cannot add much more because the investigation is under seal.”

They concluded, “Our cooperation has been and will continue to be absolute throughout this process.”

The Associated Press confirmed on Tuesday that Jonathan was taken to Martorell, the city in Spain where Isak’s death is being investigated, ahead of a court appearance.

Isak died at age 71 in December 2024 after a nearly 500-foot fall off a cliff while hiking with Jonathan in Barcelona. His death was announced in a statement shared via the Mango website. (Isak was worth $4.5 billion at the time of his death.)

“It is with deep regret that we announce the unexpected death of Isak Andic, our non-executive Chairman and founder of Mango, in an accident that occurred this Saturday,” the company’s CEO, Toni Ruiz, said in a statement at the time. “Isak has been an example for all of us. He dedicated his life to Mango, leaving an indelible mark thanks to his strategic vision, his inspiring leadership and his unwavering commitment to values that he himself imbued in our company.”

The statement continued, “His legacy reflects the achievements of a business project marked by success, and also by his human quality, his proximity and the care and affection that he always had and at all times conveyed to the entire organization. His departure leaves a huge void but all of us are, in some way, his legacy and the testimony of his achievements.”

An investigation into Isak’s death was closed weeks after the incident. However, authorities reopened the case in March 2025.

By October of that year, police confirmed that they were investigating the fashion giant’s death as a possible homicide. The U.K.’s The Times reported that authorities were looking into Jonathan. Investigators cited the testimony of Isak’s partner, Estefanía Knuth, who claimed there were “strained relations” between the father and son.

Jonathan is the eldest son of the late Isak, who was a father of three. The Andic family released a statement in October 2025 regarding reports of Jonathan’s involvement.

“The Andic family has not commented, and will not comment, on Isak Andic’s death. It wishes to show respect for the ongoing proceedings and will continue co-operating fully with the authorities,” they shared. “The family is confident that this process will end soon and that Jonathan Andic’s innocence will be proven.”
