Ludacris’ daughters are big fans of his classic hits but they only get to listen to the clean versions at home.

“There’s all types of parental advisory,” Ludacris, 48, exclusively revealed to Us Weekly on the 2026 American Music Awards red carpet on Monday, May 25. “You gotta listen to the clean versions of even my songs, clean versions.”

The rapper (real name Christopher Brian Bridges) — whose hits include “Move Bitch” and “Pimpin’ All Over the World” — is a father of four daughters. (His eldest daughter Karma Christine, 25, was born during his relationship with ex Christine White. He also shares Cai Bella Bridges, 12, with ex Tamika Fuller as well as Cadence Gaëlle, 10, and Chance Oyali, 5, with his wife, Eudoxie Bridges.)

Ludacris’ kids frequently pop up in his TikTok videos and Karma has already expressed interest in following in her father’s footsteps in the music industry.

‘Overprotective’! Ludacris Shares ‘Hardest Part’ of Parenting 4 Daughters

Asked whether he’d support any of his daughters getting into music, Ludacris told Us, “Absolutely. I want them to pursue whatever dreams that they have.”

“They love, matter of fact, one of them loves KATSEYE, so she’s mad that she’s not here [at the AMAs] right now,” he joked.

Ludacris has carved out an incredible career as a hip-hop icon as well as achieving an acting legacy in the Fast and Furious franchise. He opened up to Us on the American Music Awards red carpet about balancing his career ambitions with his responsibilities as a dad.

“If I perform somewhere, it’s like if I’m there for two or three days, I’ve got to go home,” he explained. “So I make sure I have that 50/50 balance, really more like 80/20 balance. I’ve got to be with the family 80 percent and I work 20 percent. That’s why I worked so hard all this time to afford myself the time with my family.”

Ludacris served as a presenter during Monday’s American Music Awards, where he joined GloRilla to give the Song of the Summer Award to BTS for “Swim.” Before the show, he looked back on his near 30-year career while chatting with Us.

“[The longevity] does amaze me, but at the same time, I’m just so thankful because the fans truly dictate whether or not your music is going to stand the test of time or not, so it’s legacy. It’s legacy and it’s love,” he said.

Quizzed on whether fans still reference his iconic 2001 track “Area Codes,” Ludacris joked, “No, I’m married now, so no more area codes. But that was a great piece of history and a great piece of time, and when I perform it, people light up, because music should be like a time capsule and take you back to a certain time in life.”

New York Knicks player Jose Alvarado nearly knocked out former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg during Game 3 of the 2026 NBA Finals.

The Knicks point guard, 28, collided with the politician, 84, in a scary moment during the fourth quarter of the all-important game at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Monday, June 8.

Alvarado was charging after a ball when he went flying into the first row, seemingly toppling over Bloomberg from his courtside seat. Several nearby fans immediately reached over to check on Bloomberg, including NFL legend Eli Manning and New York Yankees favorite Derek Jeter.

As Alvarado emerged from the entanglement, he was patting Bloomberg’s knee and asking if he was alright. The former mayor seemed shaken but nodded “yes” to Alvarado as action on the court resumed play.

“As Alvarado dives into the stands, he checks with former New York City mayor Mike Bloomberg,” play-by-play announcer Mike Breen explained to ABC viewers.

Analyst Richard Jefferson then joked, “You never know who you’ll run into at a Knick game!”

The collision may have been an omen for a difficult quarter ahead for the Knicks, as they went on to lose 115-111 to the San Antonio Spurs. (The Knicks still lead the 2026 NBA finals 2-1 going into Thursday’s Game 4 at Madison Square Garden.)

Monday’s game was eventful as Cardi B performed her hits “Bodega Baddie” and “Bodak Yellow” during a special halftime show at the world’s most famous arena.

President Donald Trump also attended Game 3 along with his granddaughter, Kai Trump. The New York City crowd gave Trump a less-than-friendly welcome as he was showered with boos when shown on the jumbotron before Monday’s game.

Prior to Game 3, conservative activist Ann Coulter railed against Trump attending the game because of how it would impact businesses around Madison Square Garden.

NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani Trolls Vivek Ramaswamy After Knicks Sweep Cavaliers

“Of all the selfish, narcissistic things Trump has done, attending MSG to see the Knicks play in person Monday night is the absolute worst,” Coulter, 64, wrote via X on Sunday, June 7. “20,000 attendees will be MASSIVELY inconvenienced for all the extra security, the Knicks Watch Party at Garden Is canceled, thousands of extra law enforcement officers will be required (paid for by taxpayers), traffic will be a disaster — all so he can sit in the Garden rather than watch the game on TV.”

Trump reportedly left his luxury box with around seven minutes to go in the fourth quarter. He had been sitting with Knicks owner James Dolan after receiving a personal invite to attend the NBA Finals game.

Other notable public figures in attendance for Game 3 included Knicks superfan Timothée Chalamet, Jay-Z, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star Mariska Hargitay, Larry David and current  New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

Jill Biden Worried Husband Joe Was ‘Having a Stroke’ During Trump Debate

28 May 2026 at 05:36

Former first lady Jill Biden admitted that she worried her husband Joe Biden was “having a stroke” during his ill-fated 2024 presidential debate with Donald Trump.

“I was frightened,” Jill, 74, told CBS News’ Rita Braver in a preview clip of a CBS Sunday Morning interview airing on Sunday, May 31. “I had never, ever seen Joe like that before or since.”

Joe’s notoriously sluggish debate performance on June 27, 2024, essentially signaled the end of his re-election bid against Trump, 79. In the wake of his poor debate performance, George Clooney, the late Rob Reiner and author Stephen King were among those to call for Joe, 83, to end his re-election campaign.

Looking back on the debate, Jill recalled that her primary concern was whether her husband was suffering a medical emergency in front of the world.

Joe Biden and Jill Biden’s Relationship Timeline

“I don’t know what happened,” she conceded. “As I watched it, I thought, ‘Oh my god, he’s having a stroke.’ It scared me to death.”

Pressure mounted on Joe to call off his candidacy for several weeks after the June 2024 debate. More than 30 Congressional Democrats publicly called for Joe to step aside, though he initially refused to acquiesce to the backlash.

“I know I’m not a young man. I don’t walk as easily as I used to. I don’t talk as smoothly as I used to,” Joe told supporters at a North Carolina rally in June 2024. “I don’t debate as well as I used to, but I know what I do know: I know how to tell the truth. I know right from wrong. And I know how to do this job, I know how to get things done. And I know what millions of Americans know: When you get knocked down, you get back up.”

However, Joe eventually withdrew from the race on July 21, 2024, and officially endorsed his Vice President Kamala Harris to take on Trump in the November election.

“My Fellow Americans, over the past three-and-a-half years, we have made great progress as a nation,” he announced via X. “Today, America has the strongest economy in the world. We’ve made historic investments in rebuilding our nation, in lowering prescription drug costs for seniors, and in expanding affordable health care to a record number of Americans.”

Joe insisted that “America has never been better positioned to lead than we are today,” crediting his administration with overcoming “a once in a century pandemic and the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression.”

“It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President,” he concluded. “And while it has been my intention to seek re-election, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term.”

Harris, 61, ultimately lost the presidential election to Trump in November 2024. A spokesperson for Joe announced he’d been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer with “metastasis to the bone” in May 2025.

Former President Joe Biden’s Cancer Battle: A Complete Timeline

“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms,” a statement to CNN read. “On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone. While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive, which allows for effective management.”

The former president broke his silence on May 19, 2025, to thank his supporters for their well-wishes.

“Cancer touches us all,” he captioned an Instagram post on Monday, May 19. “Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.”

Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd’s family has allegedly “cut her off” amid her revenge porn case and other legal drama.

“This has been a nightmare for her mother [Bobbi Meza],” a source exclusively revealed to Us Weekly.

The family rift has come to light amid reports that Dodd, 50, is involved in multiple legal investigations and could face jail time. In one case, Dodd is accused of illegally sharing explicit images of another person without their consent.

An insider revealed to Us that Dodd’s extended family refuses to engage with her unless she agrees to an intervention or seeks professional help. The rift has allegedly been particularly traumatic for Meza, 77, as she is recovering from a recent stroke that family members blame on stress, according to the source.

'RHOC' Alum Kelly Dodd's Most Controversial Moments Through the Years

The only family member Dodd is regularly in contact with at this stage is her father, Frank Meza, the source claimed.

The ex-Bravo star attended her niece’s wedding a few weeks ago, but it was apparently only an attempt to bring her family together during her mother’s recovery. However, a source told Us that Dodd’s family worries that she isn’t taking her legal cases seriously.

“[Kelly] self-sabotages,” the insider revealed to Us.

Dodd disputed the source’s comments when contacted by Us.

On Thursday, May 28, Us obtained documents from a California Superior Court showing that Dodd was involved in a revenge porn case where she was accused of “unlawfully and intentionally” distributing images of a Jane Doe involved in sexual contact. Court documents obtained by Us alleged that the RHOC alum shared footage of a female having sex and masturbating without their consent on or around August 29, 2025.

“[Dodd] knew and should have known that distribution of the image will cause serious emotional distress and Jane Doe #2 suffered that distress,” the Orange County district attorney’s court filing read.

Per the court filings, Dodd and the woman had originally agreed to keep the images private. However, Dodd later allegedly “contacted the person and threatened to injure her, her property and her family.”

Dodd and her husband, former Fox News reporter Rick Leventhal, addressed the accusations on their podcast on Thursday, May 28, during which they confirmed that “Kelly is going to court” to answer the charges.

Leventhal, 66, insisted on the podcast that initial original reports about the allegation “got most of the facts wrong — like, completely wrong.”

“I need some uplifting right now, because this is so insane, and I know it’s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out, driving this. And you know who it is,” Dodd told her husband.

Separate from her revenge porn case, Dodd is facing a battery charge for an alleged incident that occurred in June 2025 with another party, Us confirmed. In total, Dodd is facing three misdemeanor charges — for battery, disorderly conduct and harassing and annoying communication, respectively — and potential jail time.

Kelly was previously involved in family drama last year where she allegedly threatened her daughter Jolie, 19 — whom she shares with ex Michael Dodd — and called her both “stupid” and a “dumb little girl” in leaked voicemail messages.

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum later publicly apologized, telling Us, “I apologized to Jolie. All I want is Jolie back in my life. I have been trying to narrow the gap and bring Jolie back. I talked to her that way because it was out of anger and frustration.”

“Should I have done it? No. Did I apologize? Yeah, I did. But she doesn’t know how to move on, and she’s getting bad advice from bad people and she has a lot of growing up to do,” Dodd went on. “It is so destructive with my mom and my brother and everybody should be like, ‘You guys should make amends.’ Normal, healthy people do that. They try to make amends between families. You don’t want division.”

Erika Kirk officially threw her support behind The Hills star Spencer Pratt in the Los Angeles mayoral race.

“Regardless of the outcome of Spencer Pratt’s race, what he’s doing is authentically American,” Kirk, 38, announced via X on Thursday, May 21. “See a problem, become a part of the solution. His campaign ads are unconventional, but that’s the point; it’s refreshing. Instead of speaking like a career politician, he’s speaking as an American who sees and deeply understands how fragile the simple things in life are when leadership fails.”

The Turning Point USA CEO drew particular attention to Pratt, 42, centering his mayoral campaign on the 2025 Palisades Fire, which destroyed the reality star and wife Heidi Montag’s home.

“This is what this country is all about. Citizens willing to step into the political arena, unafraid, and challenge a failing system, much like the one that has destroyed Los Angeles,” Kirk insisted. “I hope moments like this inspire more Americans to throw their names into the mix, run for office, get involved and stand up for what makes this country exceptional.”

Why Audrina Patridge Wants The Hills' Spencer Pratt to Win L.A. Mayor Race

Pratt is running against Democratic incumbent Mayor Karen Bass as an independent community advocate but he is a registered Republican and has close ties to the conservative media sphere.

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump officially weighed in on the race with some supportive words for Pratt.

“I’d like to see him do well. He’s a character,” Trump, 79, told reporters on Wednesday, May 20. “I assume he probably supports me.”

The president added, “I heard he does [support me]. I heard he’s a big MAGA person. He’s doing well.”

A Newsweek election tracker listed Mayor Bass, 72, as a “clear favorite” to win reelection as of Thursday, though Pratt and L.A. City Councilwoman Nithya Raman have closed the gap in various polls in recent weeks.

A primary will be held on June 2. If no candidate receives a majority of the vote, the top two candidates — regardless of political affiliation — advance to the general election on November 3.

Pratt has put his family’s future at stake in the race, vowing to move out of Los Angeles if he doesn’t unseat Bass. (Pratt and Montag, 39, share two sons: Gunner Stone, 8, and Ryker Rock, 3.)

“If Karen Bass gets reelected or Nithya gets elected, I will be done with trying to live in L.A.,” he told comedian Adam Carolla on Saturday, May 16. “I’ll take that money from the [Gavin Newsom state park lawsuit] and the LADWP [Los Angeles Department of Water and Power], and I’ll go somewhere that my kids will not have to see naked zombies, and I can have the last American dream somewhere.”

Asked why he would “not rebuild” his home under another mayor, he asked, “What would I be putting money into?”

Pratt initially announced his bid for L.A. mayor this past January while attending the “They Let Us Burn” public demonstration, one year after the Palisades Fire.

NASCAR legend Kyle Busch leaves behind his wife, Samantha Busch, their two children and his brother Kurt Busch following his shocking death at age 41.

“We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport’s greatest and fiercest drivers,” NASCAR announced in a statement via X on May 21, 2026. “We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.”

The news of Kyle’s death broke mere hours after his family confirmed that the driver had developed “a severe illness resulting in hospitalization.” Kyle was supposed to race at the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday, May 24, but was pulled from the lineup due to his health emergency.

Kyle is survived by his wife of 15 years, their two children and a worldwide community of NASCAR fans who cheered for him throughout a 24-year NASCAR Cup Series career.

The Most Shocking Celebrity Deaths of All Time

Keep scrolling for more about Kyle’s family:

Samantha Busch

Samantha is a lifestyle blogger and IVF advocate. She unexpectedly crossed paths with the NASCAR driver while working as a promotional model in 2007.

“16 years ago … the promo model agency I worked for sent me down to Indianapolis to work for Chevy getting people hyped up for the races,” she recalled via Instagram in 2023. “I was going into my senior year of college at Purdue at the time, a sorority girl and no big surprise not the sportiest of types. So I can honestly say it was my first time at a race track!”

Samantha remembered the day being “crazy hot” so she jumped at the chance when a staffer asked if she wanted a ride in one of the race cars.

“Now to tell Kyle’s side of the story he saw me from afar and asked his pr lady to ask if I wanted a ride! So needless to say I hopped in the car and the first thing I said when I saw him in his Chevy tee and ice cold car was, ‘Wow you got a way better assignment then I did,’” she recalled. “He looked at me funny assuming I knew who he was and we were off. I did most of the talking, big surprise, and then invited him to hang out with a group of us going out that night to which he declined bc he had to work. Little did I know he had a truck race. So I thought that was the end of that until Mr. Shy had someone ask me for my number.”

She went on, “Fast forward and remember Facebook had just started, texting was still pressing one button three times to get to the letter c, so social stalking wasn’t available. My friends Dad who overheard me telling her the story was actually the one who figured out that it was Kyle! Then I got super nervous so we talked on the phone for 4 months before seeing each other and going on a date and the rest is history!”

Kyle told Fox Sports in February 2010 that he proposed to Samantha under the lights at the Daytona International Speedway. They tied the knot at the Holy Name Cathedral in Chicago, Illinois, on New Year’s Eve 2010, with highlights from the ceremony airing as a Style Network special the following year.

Their two children — daughter Lennix Key and son Brexton Locke — were born in May 2015 and May 2022, respectively.

In February 2019, the Busches revealed that they’d recently lost a child.

“Earlier this week, I suffered a miscarriage,” Samantha wrote via X. “We lost our baby girl. My heart hurts more than words can describe. I promise I will answer your questions and share more updates when we are ready, we just need some time as a family to process all of this.”

During a podcast conversation with Savannah Chrisley in June 2025, Samantha reflected on how her relationship with Kyle faced challenges after her miscarriage.

“We had a lot of marital struggles because we had never dealt with something so heavy and we didn’t understand how each other were grieving and we didn’t understand what each other needed in that time and place, so it was a struggle,” she remembered. “So we worked on it. We worked really hard. We went to marriage counseling.”

Samantha looked back on the “immense guilt” she personally felt over losing a child.

“I was so mad at myself for it,” she told Chrisley. “Kyle, on the other hand, he was like, ‘You know, I’m not trying to sound cold, but it’s done. There’s nothing that you can do to change this outcome. We have to keep moving forward.’”

“And I wanted him to still be in the trenches with me and he was moving forward and I couldn’t move forward,” Samantha went on. “So that caused a lot of animosity for us and it took us a while to just understand each other’s perspectives and where we were coming from.”

Samantha’s experience with pregnancy loss inspired her to become an IVF advocate.

Brexton Locke

In May 2015, the NASCAR driver and his wife welcomed a son, Brexton Locke Busch.

“Samantha Busch and I are happy to announce the birth of our son Brexton Locke Busch,” he disclosed via Facebook. “Born 5/18 at 9:45pm weighing 7lbs 10oz and 21 inches long. Mom and baby are doing great!

Lennix Key Busch

Three years after suffering a miscarriage, Samantha and Kyle welcomed a daughter, Lennix, on May 10, 2022. (The couple’s “rainbow baby” was born at 5:12 a.m. that day, weighing 6 lbs 1 oz 20 in.)

“We’re beyond overjoyed that God has blessed us with our beautiful girl. Our tiny little peanut has a head full of crazy hair and a big brother waiting at home who can’t wait to meet her,” Samantha shared via Instagram. “Thank you everyone who has followed our journey and prayed alongside of us. Our hearts are bursting with happiness.”

In May 2016, both of the Busch children’s birthdays occurred days before Kyle’s death.

Kurt Busch

Kyle followed in the footsteps of his older brother Kurt, who won the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series in 2004. The brothers often joked about a competitive rivalry on the racetrack.

When he lost the Food City 500 to Kyle in 2019, Kurt admitted to Fox Sports One that he “really wanted to beat” his sibling.

“I was going to wreck him,” Kurt teased. “I was wanting to stay close enough so that when we took the white [flag] I was going to just drive straight into 3 and 4. I mean he’s already won. I figured he could give a little love to his brother.”

Kurt added, “I wanted that one bad. I feel like him right now. I’m all mad because I didn’t win.”

Later that year, Kurt described Kyle as “the best guy in the world to go race against” after competing with him at the Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway.

Kyle inducted his older brother into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, North Carolina, in January 2026.

Kurt was married to Eva Bryan from 2006 to 2011 and later to Ashley Van Metre from 2017 to 2022.

Spencer Pratt Fires Back Over Whether He’s a Republican or Democrat

24 May 2026 at 03:57

Spencer Pratt released a fiery response to questions over his political loyalties ahead of the Los Angeles mayoral election primary.

“Everyone is trying to claim me for their tribe. There’s no R next to my name, there’s no D next to my name,” Pratt, 42, insisted via X on Saturday, May 23. “I’m not part of a political party, because I hate politicians. I’m just Spencer, husband to Heidi [Montag], father to Ryker and Gunner, and I’m a pissed off Angeleno who loves my city and is fed up with what corrupt politicians have done to her.”

Pratt has been registered as a Republican since 2020 but is technically running for Los Angeles mayor as an independent community advocate.

Earlier this month, Pratt was asked by CNN’s Elex Michaelson why he has aligned with the GOP in recent years.

Spencer Pratt Addresses Rumor He'll Have a Reality Show If Elected Mayor

“When I was a hated reality star, I got so many death threats. I had so much security and police and what did they tell me to do? Get a gun,” he answered. “L.A. was dangerous so I got a gun. My wife needed a gun.”

Pratt explained that he needed a Concealed Carry Weapon license to own a gun and that “the only people that supported [those licenses] was the Republicans.”

“That was what I aligned with. My safety, my family’s personal safety,” he insisted. “I know people don’t like guns but when people are threatening your life and your own security tells you you need to have home protection. … Once you feel fear and it’s real, you want to protect your family.”

His two primary mayoral election opponents — L.A. Mayor Karen Bass and City Councilwoman Nithya Raman — have repeatedly described Pratt as a “MAGA Republican” in campaign attack ads.

President Donald Trump also counted Pratt among his supporters during a recent press conference at the White House.

“I’d like to see him do well. He’s a character,” Trump, 79, told reporters on May 20. “I assume he probably supports me.”

The president added, “I heard he’s a big MAGA person. He’s doing well.”

Spencer Pratt Claps Back at L.A. Mayoral Race Opponent Over Divisive Ad

Pratt has received public backing from numerous notable celebrities, including Meghan McCain, Erika Kirk, Kristin Cavallari and Jax Taylor, among others. He has also faced criticism for his inexperience in the political arena, with The Price Is Right host Drew Carey recently suggesting Pratt is not qualified for office.

“Anyone who votes for, or endorses Spencer Prattfall for Mayor of LA needs to get their head out of their ass,” Carey, 68, wrote via Threads on Friday, May 22. “I understand being angry/unsatisfied, but at least get behind someone competent and not some serial scammer without a soul or moral compass.”

The game show host added, “F*** this guy already.”

Per Newsweek’s election tracker, Pratt still trails Bass, 72, in most recent polls leading up to the mayoral primary.

A primary election will be held in Los Angeles on June 2. If no single candidate receives a majority of the vote, the top two — regardless of political party — will advance to a runoff election on November 3.

Alexis Bledel made a very rare public appearance at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival.

The former Gilmore Girls star, 44, walked the red carpet for the prestigious film industry gathering at New York City’s Village East Cinema on Saturday, June 6, to promote her new movie Ponderosa.

Bledel looked elegant as always in a golden top with a cutout collar and bow over a knee-length black skirt, with matching pumps.

The veteran TV star made this rare appearance to celebrate Ponderosa’s world premiere alongside writer-director Rob Rice and costar Jack Dylan Grazer (Luca).

When Were Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel Last Together Before 2025 Emmys?

The horror-comedy centers around a young man (Grazer) who fends off the advances of an odd older man who is insistent on becoming his stepfather after his mom loses her job at a local buffet. The Queen’s Gambit actor Bill Camp also appears in Ponderosa.

Ponderosa marks Bledel’s first movie role since 2019’s crime thriller Crypto, though she did appear sporadically on the small screen as Emily in The Handmaid’s Tale up until 2025.

Her last major public appearance before attending the Tribeca Film Festival was at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards in September 2025, where she reunited onstage with her Gilmore Girls costar Lauren Graham to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the classic show on a replica of the Stars Hollow set.

“25 years ago, a show called Gilmore Girls premiered and apparently took the season of fall hostage,” Graham, 59, joked during the segment.

The duo reflected on initially having a meager budget on Gilmore Girls, which required the cast to get creative when it came to catering.

“If there was a birthday at The Drew Carey Show next door, they would send us their leftover sheet cake,” Graham said.

“We looked hungry … Basically we were bullied and starving,” Bledel chimed in.

The Gilmore Girls alums mimicked the show’s fast-talking dialogue by insisting that, whatever hardships they faced on set, they were always more than satisfied with the “great scripts,” “big scripts” and “terrifyingly lengthy scripts.” (Gilmore Girls originally aired for seven seasons between 2000 and 2007 and later returned for the Netflix miniseries, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, in 2016.)

The duo later presented the Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series Emmy Award to Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Peter Huyck, Alex Gregory and Frida Perez for The Studio.

Alexis Bledel Recalls Upsetting 'Handmaid's Tale' Arc in Rare Interview

Prior to presenting at the Emmys alongside Graham, Bledel had not attended any public events since she made the guest list for the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 32nd Annual Academy Awards Viewing Party in West Hollywood, California, in March 2024.

Bledel spent the first four years of the 2020s almost entirely out of the spotlight, aside from attending the Screen Actors Guild Awards (now known as The Actor Awards) in January 2020. The following year, Bledel looked back on the legacy of Gilmore Girls during a Zoom interview on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in May 2021.

‘Danny Go’ Star Shared ‘Heartbreak’ Over Son’s Cancer Battle Before His Death

22 May 2026 at 21:34

Danny Go! star Daniel Coleman reflected on the physical toll of his late son Isaac’s stage 3 mouth cancer battle before the boy’s death at age 14.

On Friday, May 22, the YouTube personality, 40, revealed that Isaac died, six months after receiving an aggressive cancer diagnosis. (Daniel and his wife Mindy also share a younger son, Levi, 10.)

Last December, the Colemans shared Isaac’s stage 3 cancer diagnosis with the world, with Daniel clarifying that the diagnosis was not unexpected since his son had the rare genetic disorder Fanconi anemia. (Per Mayo Clinic, children born with Fanconi anemia “tend to be smaller than average and have birth defects, such as underdeveloped limbs.” People with the condition carry an increased risk of developing some types of cancer and blood disorders.)

“We found out last week that Isaac has cancer in his mouth. TBH, we always knew this day was coming, as it’s a near certainty w/ Fanconi anemia,” Daniel explained via Instagram at the time. “It’s definitely hitting a little earlier than we hoped and is still just such a shocking thing to hear about your child, even if you’ve braced for it for years.”

Eric Dane Gave His Final Interview From Wheelchair Amid ALS Battle

The following month, Daniel shared the physical and emotional trauma over doctors having to “remove quite a few [of Isaac’s] teeth and a pretty significant amount of mouth tissue” during a cancer procedure.

“That was probably the most shocking for us, and will likely be the hardest for Isaac to adjust to in the next several weeks,” Daniel wrote in January 2025. “The soft tissue graft is about the size of a golf ball on the right side of his mouth, but we are told it will get a bit smaller over time.”

The Danny Go! star disclosed that it took four days after the surgery for Isaac to “open his eyes occasionally and show signs of responsiveness.”

“[His] body swelling is finally starting to subside a bit & we’re easing him into consciousness,” Daniel noted. “He has a lot to adjust to, with pain from all the incisions, breathing thru the trachea tube in his neck, not being able to talk because of the trach, and just the sheer size of the new tissue in his mouth.”

Sadly, Daniel confirmed in April that Isaac had been moved into hospice care and that his medical team were trying to make the boy comfortable in his final days.

“The high-level update is that his cancer has continued to spread aggressively and his energy levels have dropped very low,” Daniel wrote via Instagram. “We’re in the midst of a short palliative radiation round right now to slow down the growth of a large mass under his right eye, but we’ve shifted into a comfort-focused approach with him overall.”

He went on, “He has a hospice team onboard now to help manage the pain & we are just doing our best to make each day as enjoyable and restful as possible for him. Mindy and I are heartbroken watching him decline, knowing how frustrating and scary this must be for him. But we’re trying to hold it all together & keep soaking up the time we still have with our boy.”

Fans and friends from all over the world offered the Coleman family comforting words on Friday when Daniel announced Isaac’s death.

“There’s so much I want to say, but I don’t know how yet. I already miss you so much, and the pain in my heart is far more than I can process,” Daniel shared. “But looking through thousands of pictures and videos this past week, I’m also filled with tremendous pride. Your 14 years were full of so many challenges, but you met them all with such grit…and you somehow kept your trademark joy in spite of it all. You truly had a spark like no other, Isaac!”

Italian Influencer Damiano Alberti Dead at Age 23

He concluded, “Remembering how loved you were and how full of life your time here was gives me great comfort. Being your dad was the honor of a lifetime. I’m so proud of you and I love you forever. Rest peacefully, son.”

Children’s entertainer Blippi sent his condolences to the family, responding via Instagram, “I’m so sorry for your loss. The bravest knight will never be forgotten 🤍 sending love to you and your family.”

“Sending so much love to you all,” The Wiggles wrote to the Colemans.

Fergie had a very emotional reunion with her Black Eyed Peas bandmates at the 2026 American Music Awards.

“‘Rock That Body,’ we did it,” Fergie, 51, beamed during the annual awards show. “Black Eyed Peas, ‘Rock That Body,’ American Music Awards 2026, let’s go!”

The “Big Girls Don’t Cry” singer joined former bandmates will.i.am, APL.DE.AP and Taboo on stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Monday, May 25, to accept the Best Throwback Song Award for their 2010 hit “Rock That Body.”

The new AMAs category celebrated classic songs that ruled pop radio, with “Rock That Body” triumphing over 4 Non Blondes’ “What’s Up?” and Goo Goo Dolls’ “Iris.”

Prior to Monday’s win, the Black Eyed Peas hyped their American Music Award nomination via Instagram on April 15 by sharing a montage of TikToks set to “Rock That Body.”

“We’re honored to be nominated for the 2026 @amas !! ‘Rock That Body’ up for Best Throwback Song… a song we made all those years ago, still making an impact today,” they wrote.

Fergie was the lead vocalist of the Black Eyed Peas from 2002 to 2018, at which time she stepped away from the group to focus on her solo career.

“Since the beginning of Black Eyed Peas, we’ve always had amazing vocalists that appeared on the mic with us,” will.i.am, 51, told Ahlan at the time. “People like Macy Gray, Esthero, Debi Nova, Fergie. On Elephunk, there were several females that appeared on that album. Obviously, Fergie was the featured female, but on songs like ‘Let’s Get it Started,’ it’s Noelle [Scaggs], and then Fergie, songs like ‘Latin Girls,’ it’s Debi Nova, and ‘Request Line,’ it’s Macy Gray. We’ll always work with good females.”

He added, “As far as replacing [Fergie], what people know The Black Eyed Peas to be, nobody is replacing Fergie. She’s working on her solo project at the moment, we’re on this brand-new experience, celebrating 20 years of Black Eyed Peas putting out music.”

The classic lineup, including Fergie, finally reunited in December 2025 to celebrate all four of their 50th birthdays.

“Finally got to break bread and celebrate our milestone birthdays together,” Fergie wrote alongside photos of her with the Black Eyed Peas. “What a special night with my brothers, filled with so much love 🫛🫛♥️♥️”

Black Eyed Peas Cancel Las Vegas Residency Due to ‘Current Circumstances’

Throughout their career, Fergie and Black Eyed Peas sold more than 80 million records worldwide and topped the Billboard Hot 100 three times with 2009’s “Boom Boom Pow” and “I Gotta Feeling” as well as 2010’s “Imma Be.”

“I am honored to have been considered for this recognition and appreciative of the support I have received from members of the community throughout the years,” Hilton, 67, said in a statement on Wednesday, June 3. “My reason for wanting to be involved in this year’s WeHo Pride weekend was simple: to celebrate, support, and share in the joy of a community that means a great deal to so many people. Pride is, and always will be, about celebrating and uplifting LGBTQ+ voices, experiences, and achievements.”

Her statement went on, “I respect the thoughtful conversations that have taken place and remain deeply committed to supporting LGBTQ+ causes and visibility, including through my participation in GLAAD initiatives and events, and longstanding support of organizations such as the Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation since its inception, Dr. Mathilde Krim, God’s Love We Deliver, and Project Angel Food.”

“My support for the community and WeHo Pride is unwavering. This monumentally important event has always had a special place in my heart, and I will always cherish the experience I had acting as Grand Marshal of the LA Pride parade with my daughter in 2005,” she continued. “Thank you to everyone who works so hard to make it happen, and I wish the community nothing but love, joy, and a fantastic WeHo Pride weekend.”

The City of West Hollywood initially touted Hilton as “a vocal and visible supporter of the community” and credited her with using her “platform to champion LGBTQ+ rights.”

Many disagreed, with the AIDS Memorial’s official Instagram account sarcastically replying via Instagram, “Melania Trump not available?”

“I ask sincerely—what has this lady done for the LGBT+ community??” another commenter asked the City of West Hollywood.

A third Instagram user urged WeHo Pride organizers to cancel the booking, writing, “@wehopride it’s not too late to take this back.”

The City of West Hollywood subsequently clarified that Pride Parade grand marshals are chosen “in recognition of their visibility, allyship, and support for the LGBTQ+ community.”

“Kathy Hilton has publicly supported LGBTQ+ causes and visibility, including through her participation in GLAAD events and initiatives,” a statement from the City added. “At the same time, we acknowledge that concerns raised by West Hollywood residents, stakeholders, and LGBTQ+ community members are important and deserve to be heard. We are listening. We believe that WeHo Pride is strengthened by open dialogue, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to equality and inclusion.”

On Wednesday, a new statement from WeHo Pride addressed Hilton standing down as the grand marshal.

“The City of West Hollywood and WeHo Pride Parade organizers thank Kathy Hilton for her grace and her continued support of the LGBTQ+ community,” their statement read. “Pride has always been strongest when it genuinely reflects the community. WeHo Pride is strengthened by open dialogue, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to inclusion.”

They continued, “The City of West Hollywood remains dedicated to ensuring that WeHo Pride continues to be a joyful celebration rooted in visibility, belonging, and respect, and welcomes ongoing community conversations that help it to evolve while honoring its history and purpose. The WeHo Pride Parade is a celebration of community, and we are proud to welcome nearly 120 parade entries this year. We look forward to a parade and weekend that honors the spirit and extraordinary contributions of the LGBTQ+ community.”

Much of the criticism of Hilton’s involvement in WeHo Pride revolved around her past association with President Donald Trump. While Kathy never publicly stated whether or not she voted for Trump, 79, to be president, she and her husband, Rick Hilton, socialized with the Trumps in the past.

Kathy was also accused of using a homophobic slur towards a DJ while filming a Real Housewives of Beverly Hills trip to Aspen in 2022. During that year’s RHOBH reunion, Erika Jayne said that she personally heard Kathy use an offensive term during an alleged outburst.

“I see Kathy coming from the dance floor, very upset,” Erika told host Andy Cohen. “I say, ‘Kathy, what’s wrong?’ She says, ‘The DJ’s an old f***ing f**,’ and walked off.”

Kathy denied ever using a homophobic slur, telling Cohen, 58, “I will admit to what I do, but I will not be painted to be this monster. Nobody else heard that, and anyone who knows me knows I don’t talk like that.”

Cohen later confirmed to Us Weekly that Bravo’s investigation into the scandal was inconclusive because “it was a case of she-said, she-said.”
