The show serves as a spin-off to Apple's first-ever sci-fi series, For All Mankind, which is currently airing its fifth season and is scheduled to return for a sixth and final batch of episodes in 2027. For All Mankind is among Apple's longest-running shows, along with The Morning Show and Ted Lasso, and it will always be the first in one of the most remarkable sci-fi runs of the past five years.
